Artist's Description: When the tide is high and I can’t walk alongside the ocean, I take a trail that parallels the shoreline north from the Ventura River mouth. Looking inland, there’s some interesting water views that are either residual high tide or come bubbling up from an underground stream. The rusty train tracks bring me back to reality to keep me from believing I’m in paradise.
